Pet Policy
First rule is, they must be well-behaved dogs ONLY! Sorry, no cats or other pets allowed! Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict the number of dogs and/or certain breeds of dogs and some units do not permit more than one dog at any time. You must have prior written approval for each dog that you will bring and your pet must be housebroken and well-behaved. The pet fee is $100 per pet, per week. You will be responsible for any damages as well as additional cleaning or treatment needs due to fleas or “accidents.” Please bring your pet’s bedding as they are not permitted on the furniture or bedding. We do provide pet bowls, pet towels, and pet sheets, though. Please see additional policy and rules for pets.
In The Kitchen
Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 3.5 Miles)
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 52F or under.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours.
If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or get in contact with our office as this is essential for check in.
Other things to note
Subject to extra charges for additional items outside of the rental property..i.e bbq, pool heat, damages, late checkout and early check in, insurance etc..
