HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

Blue Travel provides exceptional customer service. From booking to check-out, they were always there to answer any question and concern.
The house was beautiful; had all the amenities that you would expect in a house rental. The house is part of the Storey Lakes community which has great community pool with a lazy river, kids water play area and water slides - the kids had a blast. In addition, Disney is literally right down the street on Osceola Pkwy.
Even though, we had a few issues with the house, Andressa and the whole team were quick to respond and resolve. Their turnaround time was better than most branded resorts that I've been to. If it wasn't for their customer service, the few issues could have ruined our vacation. I would recommend Blue Travel to anyone.
