Even though the concept of vacation home rentals in Orlando isn’t new,
people still have little idea as to how this works, i.e. how a vacation home near Disney is
rented and what should be expected from the procedure. Vacation homes are not
only inexpensive but offer far better amenities than hotels and resorts (at the
same price) and then there’s the question of luxury while staying in a home
away from home.
In the following, we have attempted to answer all the questions and
queries that people usually have in regards to our vacation rentals. The most
common questions are:
What is the difference between hotels/resorts and vacation homes?
Vacation rentals in Orlando, unlike hotel rooms are self catering. This
means they are cleaned prior to a guest’s arrival and then again upon their
departure. Moreover, the guest will be responsible for maintaining the property
during their entire stay although upon request we provide mid-stay maid services as well.
For personal use, all vacation homes will be equipped with a full kitchen as
well as a washer/dryer.
Does Blue Travel work to accommodate larger groups of people?
Yes, in fact. We even offer group (discounted) rates for large groups as well
as multiple homes within a community so that people of the same group don’t
experience inconvenience. Furthermore, all properties are 15 to 20 minutes away
from Disney World and other major attractions therefore it isn’t uncommon for
families to choose our luxurious vacation homes.
What amenities are included in our properties?
Visitors won’t be disappointed with their stay here as each of our Orlando vacation rentals is fully
equipped with everything that promises the comfort of being right at home
with added luxury. No matter how many days you decide to stay, the fully equipped
kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker and other modern appliances will make
your stay easy and convenient. All towels and linens are provided by us
although you’ll have to bring in your own beach sized towels and personal washcloths.
Must guests have to pay for the property upfront?
We only require a deposit payment of $300 when reservation is being made. This is done to hold
and confirm the property for the guest, i.e. it will be booked. The reservation
fee is usually requested 30 days before arrival.
Are there any cancellation policies guests should know about?
If reservation is cancelled for more than 30 days prior to arrival, the $300 deposit will be considered forfeit, i.e. it’ll not be returned. If however, the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival, the full remaining balance that’s due on the reservation will still be charged.
We hope this clarifies most of your queries about
our service. Of course, you can get in touch with us and ask anything about the services
and amenities offered-we are always here to help!
